Network Birmingham (CED Services Limited t/a) offer support for existing customers for domain names, either to maintain your existing domain name or creation of new domain names to complement existing customers systems. These include .co.uk, .org.uk, .sch.uk and .uk, provided via Channel Partner status with Nominet.

We do not charge any fees to transfer your .uk domain to or from ourselves. All we require is your account does not have an outstanding balance.
The original domain expiry date will transfer with the domain, meaning we will only change the fees shown above once the domain comes up for renewal.
We will send an email renewal reminder the month before the domain name is due. e.g. Anything due for renewal in January, your first renewal reminder will be sent at the beginning of December to the billing email address you provided.
We will follow up with a second reminder at the beginning of the month your account is due for renewal and a third to chase the renewal before the domain/hosting package goes past the expiry date.
Please note It is the clients responsibility to ensure any domain is renewed.

Domains purchased through Network Birmingham can also be supported by our DNS servers which will support the presence of your domain name on the web. This part of the service permits domain name updates to allow you to set up DNS entries for web sites and email accounts (please note that the web space, web content and email services are not part of the domain name purchase, but can be obtained separately).
Customer Service Level Commitment
Network Birmingham will undertake to obtain any DNS domains to the requesting customer within two working days of receipt of an order. If the customer believes that there is a need for a faster turn around they should advise Network Birmingham prior to purchase and we will attempt to meet this extra requirement
We will not be able to obtain a domain name until an order is received from the customer to ensure that the correct domain name is purchased
Network Birmingham cannot be held responsible for domain names becoming unavailable between quotation and the domain name being obtained. If we are unable to supply the purchased domain name, you will not be charged.
.uk domain names can me subscribed to for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years.
Domain Name Services are supplied on a best efforts basis; due to the nature of the DNS, it is not possible to guarantee 100% availability
Queries regarding domain or DNS issues can be logged online at https://www.networkbirmingham.co.uk/support. Queries will be responded to within 14 working hours. Calls that relate to email problems are given a higher priority as we understand the need of our customers to ensure that email services are maintained.
We are committed to providing high standards of service to our customers but understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service then we want to know about it. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if appropriate provide an explanation as to what went wrong and how we will seek to resolve the issue.
When we receive your complaint we will acknowledge it within three working days
We will then fully investigate your complaint and aim to respond within ten working days
If the situation requires a longer investigation, we will contact you within ten working days to inform you of this and let you know when you can expect our response
If you are not satisfied with how your complained has been handled or feel the complaint has not been resolved to your satisfication, you can refer the mater to Nominet.
